About the client
PRYSMIAN Colombia, part of the Prysmian Group —a global leader in cable and energy and telecommunications systems manufacturing— operates under the highest standards of quality and efficiency. In alignment with its global policies, the company decided to move forward with the digitalization of its Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure traceability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
The challenge
In 2022, PRYSMIAN Colombia approached EXIMO with the goal of implementing a robust, customizable digital tool aligned with ISO standards—focusing particularly on quality management, customer experience, and continuous improvement.
The solution: IQuality®
The project began on August 1, 2022, with the implementation of IQuality®, tailored to the client’s specific needs through the configuration of key modules:
• Document Management Module: Enables organized version control and distribution of all IMS documentation, ensuring secure and agile access to policies, procedures, and instructions
• PQRS Management (Praise, Petitions, Complaints, and Claims): Structured logging, traceable processing, alerts, and efficient resolution—strengthening customer relationships and the service culture
• Performance Indicators: Clear real-time visualization of KPIs, trend monitoring, and strategic decision-making support
• Findings Management: Registration, root cause analysis, and follow-up until the effective resolution of deviations and non-conformities
