In 2018, PECOM set out to systematize its management system, initially prioritizing the need to improve incident management in an agile, effective, and traceable way. The goal was clear: to have a tool that centralized information and enabled structured follow-up of operational events, while remaining user-friendly for field personnel.

Following the success of the initial rollout, new functionalities were progressively added, which now include:

International expansion
